It started on a dock in Antibes. Our founders — former yacht crew themselves — were frustrated by the fragmented, opaque world of superyacht hiring. Good captains couldn't find crew, talented stewardesses were sending CVs into the void, and private owners were paying agency fees of 20% or more.
We set out to build the platform we always wished existed: a clean, fast, transparent marketplace where crew can showcase verified profiles and employers can find the right fit without gatekeepers.
