Following council approval on April 24, marina fees in Antibes rise 12% on average from Jan 2026. The increase applies to overnight, monthly and seasonal contracts; transient day rates rise only 4%. Yachts under 30m see the smallest jump (~7%); the 60m+ band absorbs the biggest at 18%.
Management companies have been negotiating discounts since February — most are reporting ~6% effective increases for repeat clients.
